Products
All products are original and handcrafted, and most items are one-of-a-kind. All beads are strung, hemp knotted, and wire links, spirals, and shapes are formed by hand. If you like an item, but desire it in another size or color, or with different beads or closures, feel free to email me with suggestions or special requests. I will let you know about bead availability, cost, and time required to complete the item.
Ordering
Products may be ordered online through PayPal. If you already have an account, you know how it works. If you do not have an existing account, please note PayPal's new format: you are not required to set up an account to order my products. Payment may be made by major credit card or with a checking account.
Shipping
All items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, and are insured. Shipping is added automatically at the time of purchase. If you need an item shipped overnight (USPS Express), the cost is $15.00. International shipping to Canada and Mexico (USPS Global Priority) is $7.00. You must email me if you want an item shipped overnight or internationally, and the additional shipping cost must be paid through PayPal.
Guarantee
I guarantee all my products. If any should ever break due to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace it at no cost. Simply mail the item back to me in secure packaging, and I will repair it or make a new one and send it back to you.
Sizing
Sizes are clearly listed, and if you are not sure about an item please email me before purchasing. It may be possible to make an item in a different size. I will not provide a full refund simply because an item is the wrong size.
Availability
Most items are original and one-of-a-kind. We will make every effort to update items as soon as they are sold. If, however, we are not fast enough, it may be possible to make another or a similar item, so please email me! Also email me if you see an item you love, but desire it in another color - frequently an item can easily be made in another color.
